Kronos is the world's first disposable bipolar electrocautery device that can cauterize deep tissue through a guide needle. After a biopsy, a hole is created in the patient. As a result, uncontrolled bleeding and extended hospitals stays are common problems. This device helps address the problem by cauterizing the biopsy tract, preventing accidental internal bleeding, and allowing patients to leave earlier because they no longer need to be monitored for many hours for internal bleeding.
