Etymotic Evo

These are the first multi-driver earphones by Etymotic. They wanted to use metal injection molding to accommodate the precise tolerances needed to house the new internals. This meant an opportunity to create a new housing design with a sculpted faceplate that captured the organic look they desired.

Roles: Concept sketching, prototyping and form development, previsualization renderings. The production CAD for this project was done by someone else. All 3D models, renderings, and production drawings shown here were created from scratch by myself based on the specifications of the production CAD model. All content is picked from my personal contributions to the project.
